STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your arrival date to receive a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of arrival, your payment will be forfeited. This policy applies to all reservations, with no exceptions for weather or boat-related issues.
HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your arrival date to receive a refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival, your payment will be forfeited. This policy applies to all reservations during holidays and special events (e.g., Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend), with no exceptions for weather or boat-related issues.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Swimming: Swimming, fishing, and crabbing are strictly prohibited. This includes traps and pens secured within the slips.
2. Pets: Pets must be leashed at all times. Pets must be cleaned up after.
3. Navigation: All boats must adhere to navigation rules of right of way and operate with no wake.
4. Noise: Music and other noises must be limited to a range of 50 ft (15m). Marina quiet hours during the weekday are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and during the weekends from 10 PM to 9 AM. Power tools such as, but not limited to, buffers, sanders, and saws may only be operated between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, and 9 AM to 4 PM on weekends and holidays.
5. Gates: Do not prop open gates or allow any unauthorized access. If gate malfunctions, please contact the Marina office immediately.
6. Outside Contractors: Contractors are permitted between the hours of 8 AM through 5 PM daily, except on holidays. All contractors must check in with Marina Office.
7. Type of work: Spray painting, fiberglass work, heavy engine service, or any other work that results in debris entering the water, docks, or neighboring vessels is prohibited.
8. Sewage: Absolutely no overboard discharge of sewage, including treated sewage treated with Type I or II MSD’s. Pump out connections are located at/near every slip. Pump out is only to be operated by Marina employees.
9. Hazardous Materials: Flammables, toxins and pollutants must be properly stored and disposed of by owner. Absolutely no dumping in the marina garbage or storing on docks. Speak with the marina office for assistance with making arrangements.
10. Grills: Charcoal & Propane grilling is not permitted. Electric grills may be used on the piers but must be attended and stored away after use.
11. Heaters: Unattended space heaters are not permitted.
12. Storage: Storage of any furniture, equipment, plants, bicycles, watercraft, fuels and other chemicals is prohibited. All areas are to be kept free of tripping hazards and clutter which includes the use of finger piers & jet ski lifts.
13. Stairs: Must meet following criteria and be approved by Marina: must not exceed 24in (61cm) in width, must not restrict access to any part of the docks, cannot be affixed to the dock, and cannot double as storage.
14. Docks: Biking, skating & the use of any electric scooter on the docks is not permitted. Please walk in a safe manner.
15. Laundry: There will be no hanging of laundry on the rigging, lifelines, or other parts of the exterior of the vessel. Washer and dryers are available in the marina office
16. Commercial Activity: All commercial activities are not permitted unless approved by marina management via written agreement. Contract subject to immediate termination.
17. Signage: Vessels for sale are permitted one sign, limited to 18” x 24” (46 cm x 61 cm) and hung on the transom or aft deck. All other signage is prohibited. Brokers / Visitors should sign in at the office.
18. Smoking: Use of marijuana is prohibited.
